Don’t be fooled by the simple “Bourgogne Chardonnay” label. The grapes for this wine come from younger vines in some of Burgundy’s most coveted villages, including Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, and the producer is a seriously respected name.

Barrel fermented mainly in older oak, so the emphasis is on purity rather than overt richness. Citrus, white peach and subtle stone fruit, with a lightly savoury edge and plenty of freshness. A beautifully refined glimpse into top-tier white Burgundy at a more approachable level.
