A fine early 20th century French Louis XVI style carved giltwood wall console table having the original Carrara marble top above a giltwood frame, circa 1920s. This elegant neoclassical console features a guilloche carved frieze with center foliate motifs and rectangular rosette blocks above each leg. Raised by four elegant circular tapered fluted legs with fine cabochons above and ending with a toupie shape below carved leaves. All original gilt throughout with traces of red oxidation showing through.
