Vintage green sapphire and diamond ring. Set to centre a 1.92 carat light green sapphire that is secured horizontally in an 18ct white gold claw setting. The sapphire is flattered by an unusual swirling mount that is further adorned with 0.30 carats of round-cut diamonds, secured in grain settings and neatly following the curvature of the band. The ring is completed with an intricately pierced gallery and open back-holing. Tests 18ct white gold, circa 1990.
