Directions for Use

• For extreme nervous exhaustion and insomnia, take 10-15 drops three times daily in water, and 20 drops at night in sweetened water
• After several days of general relief and less agitated sleep, reduce to 10-15 drops once or twice daily
• If you are sensitive to the medicine and experience worsening of symptoms, reduce the dose immediately to 5 drops three times daily or even less, sometimes only once during the day (not in the evening)
• Dosage should be adapted to your individual response. In some cases, 20-30 drops three times daily may be necessary. Observe the action of the medicine for several days before increasing the dose
• Continue regular treatment for a longer period even after complete recovery, taking 10-15 drops in the evening
