Bernard Moreau, Chassagne Montrachet Clos Saint JeanA more reticent nose timidly offers up note of resin, rosemary oil, grapefruit and poached pear. The medium bodied flavors offer a step up in intensity and mid palate density while exhibiting just a bit better depth and persistence on the lingering finish. This has an interesting texture that is almost oily yet there is very good energy.
