The 900mm Blue Seal Evolution UKIN54R3 induction range is a powerful yet efficient cooking solution for commercial kitchens. Combining a large capacity 2/1GN compatible main oven alongside four 3.5kW high efficiency hob cooking zones, the oven range provides plenty of flexibility to cook a wide variety of dishes.

Each of the cooking zones has independent controls, and on top, the built-in pan detection technology ensures no energy is wasted when there's no pan in position. The induction generators are especially efficient, delivering focussed power to your pan, with minimal energy wasted into heat in the kitchen.

Strong stainless construction throughout, as well as rear castors, makes the oven range easy to position and clean.
