Jordan is an artist with autism and ADHD who has dedicated the past six years to art, a place where he has found relaxation and expressive freedom.
Jordan is fascinated by trams and trains in busy cities, with an aim of bringing memories from 1950's and 1960's Brisbane to life. His meticulous attention to detail captures the vibrant landscapes and bustling streets of the city, offering a nostalgic yet dynamic view of the past through his unique artistic lens.
Queen Victoria Bridge, designed by Alfred Barton Brady, was completed on 22 June 1897. Built from steel, wrought iron, and stone abutments, this two-lane traffic bridge with footpaths on either side became a Brisbane icon throughout its 72-year lifespan. As an artist with neurodiversity, I bring a unique perspective to my work - combining meticulous attention to detail with dynamic, expressive elements. Through this piece, I aim to capture and reflect my deep engagement and distinctive perception of the world, transforming a moment in time into a profoundly personal expression.
