Kegel balls have been used for centuries to strengthen vaginal and pelvic floor muscles, leading to increased orgasms and a stronger pelvic floor. Kegel balls are not only known for strengthening the muscles, but also known for their stimulating properties as they deliver intense pleasure. These kegel balls are beautifully designed and made of body-safe silicone and 100% waterproof. How to use

The kegel balls come with three different weights, a lighter, medium and heavier ball. Gently insert the kegel ball into your vagina, using a water based lubricant if required. Some women think it’s easier to put in the ball standing with one leg lifted up.  Wash with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner.

Exercise Tip:

For the first time use, in order to help your body adapt to the ball. Use the 49g single ball, 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.

Phase Two: After your body has adjusted to the single ball, you can use the 75g double ball to increase the exercise intensity, exercise for 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.

Phase Three: During this phase, your body can easily control the double ball, so to step up the training intensity, you can use the 95g double ball, 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.

When doing the exercises, you should use the ball while walking, running, swimming, dancing or doing housework, instead of sitting or lying still. Because these kind of movements can make the ball inside your body move to stimulate your vagina muscle, therefore exercising the PC muscle (pelvic floor muscle aka pubococcygeus muscles).
