Check your service manual for coolant capacity and type. If you're topping off after a drain-and-fill, use the OEM-spec coolant for your Volt — mixing types can reduce thermal performance.

Will this radiator work with my current hoses and clamps?

Factory connection ports are original Volt spec, so existing hoses should mate correctly. Inspect hose condition before reinstall — replace any that show cracks or hardening.

What's the return process if this doesn't fit?
