Full color, sun-baked rust, this piece is a fully rendered desert tough girl. The idea came from a road trip I took out to California, where I had a moment standing in the vast quiet of the desert, realizing how still, expansive, and almost endless it felt.

It's about reaching out physically into unknown spaces. This red-haired biker woman isnt afraid of them. I see her in a not-so-distant future of my retro animation world, nomadic and wild, pausing only between one adventure and the next.
