DESIGNER INFORMATION: Phyllis Bianchi began bridal gown House of Bianchi in Boston in the 1940s. Creating innovative approaches to the wedding gown industry through to the 1990s, with the 60s and 70s as the highlight of her designs. A well known trailblazer in the bridal fashion world she was the first inductee into the Bridal Hall of Fame. The House of Bianchi was known for paving the way and adapting to new fashion emerging in the 60s and 70s.
