Recipes with Spicishop White Karahi Masala
Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken (small pieces)
• 1-2 tbsp ground onion
• 6-8 green chilies (whole or sliced)
• 2 tbsp ginger paste
• 6 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
• ½ cup yogurt (whipped)
• 1 cup oil/ghee
• 1 packet Spicishop White Karahi Masala
• 2-3 tbsp cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix chicken with Spicishop Karahi Masala, onion, green chilies, ginger,
yogurt, and cream (if using). Marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Heat oil, cook chicken on high for 8-10 minutes.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 minutes. Add lemon juice, chilies, and coriander
