Imagine you're a young witch or wizard, just stepping off the Hogwarts Express onto the platform at Hogsmeade Station, nervous to start your first term at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A bearded giant is barking out orders for the first years to line up, and as you gaze around, taking it all in, one of your classmates points and shouts, "There it is—Hogwarts!" In the distance, set high on a hill, you see the imposing stone towers and turrets of Hogwarts Castle. It's everything you've dreamed of and dreaded at the same time. You gulp as you see a dragon hanging off the main tower—is it someone's pet or an emissary from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named? This is going to be an interesting year, to say the least!

Enter a magical world as you build the majestic Hogwarts™ Castle from Ugears, a faithful recreation of the wizarding school as seen in the Harry Potter™ series of films. With its riot of towers and turrets, this static model with movable elements (including staircase and dragon's wings) will transport you to a place of intrigue and spells. The front of the model presents the buildings, towers, turrets and parapets of the Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry in detail, including finials, cloisters, cutout windows and laser engraving that replicates the look of rocks, stonework, and slate tiles on the roofs. The back of the model features a cutaway of the castle for a more compact design, allowing it to be placed flush against a wall, and showing hidden interior details like the Great Hall, tower staircase, rooms and interior courtyards. Hanging off the side of the main tower is a dragon with movable wings, recalling the scene in the film "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" where Harry is pursued by a fire-breathing dragon.

The model is recommended for ages 14+, and is rated "Medium" difficulty level with 340 parts and an estimated assembly time of 6 hours. Parts are laser pre-cut into art-quality composite wooden boards. To assemble, simply remove the pieces from the boards and snap them together following the detailed, illustrated instructions available in 11 languages (English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Korean). No glue or special tools are required to build your Hogwarts™ Castle—everything you need for assembly is included in the box.
