The EASY-CHANGE Gullet System complete pack is designed to be used in saddles featuring the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System and contains an EASY-CHANGE Gullet Gauge, 5 Gullet Plates, along with all the fixings for fitting them in your saddle.  

The Medium/Black gullet is not included because it comes standard in all saddles except for the High Wither model.
