Small Business Annual Commercial License for Wood Blanks Vendors.

LICENSE INFORMATION:

•This license is required for small businesses and makers who intend to sell unfinished wood blank kits, or to sell stencil blanks from my stencil design line only. 

 **Please note - I do not allow my project designs to be made into stencils for commercial use of any kind**

•Small Business makers are those who personally are involved in cutting, packaging and shipping the wood blanks to their customers.  No factory production or contracts with third party manufacturers are allowed.

•This license is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase and covers all SVG files purchased from The Sawdust Makery.  License must be renewed annually.

•All files are sold separately and must be purchased by you – the wood blank cutter.

•Mass production cutting is not allowed. 

•You are not allowed to mass cut designs to sell in a commercial setting – such as to craft stores, online craft stores, or catalogs, craft magazines and publications. 

•Must provide your own photos.  Use of The Sawdust Makery photos is prohibited. 

•License is not needed for selling finished physical product.

•License is not needed for selling DIY Wood Kits that include supplies (paint, brushes, glue) to finish a project.

•No sharing files or claiming any part of the designs as your own, as well as no image tracing or reselling any parts of the original file.

•Using links to my shop for marketing purposes is not allowed. 

•Items made from my digital files for props in your listings/marketing photos to sell your own digital files are not allowed.

PURCHASE INCLUDES:

•PDF download with license information, good for one year from date of purchase.
•Etsy receipt is the license proof of purchase
