This VF-4 kit was one of the first widely available Macross garage kits, based on the then-new Flashback 2012 OVA and the VF-4 variable fighter briefly seen at the end. The box is covered with illustrations (at the time, the VF-4's Battroid and Gerwalk modes had not been officially published). The kits itself is very much of its era, though, as it's an unusual mix of soft vinyl and resin parts. Comes with a clear canopy and water slide decals. For someone looking to explore garage kits of the 1980s, this one would be an interesting build.
