Good/VG vintage condition with moderate overall wear from normal use over the years but NO breaks or repairs. Rust removed using wire wheel. One side has minor pitting and opposite side (the side with the maker's mark) has moderate pitting. Maker's mark is very weak and hard to see but remains visible & legible under the right lighting. Both blade edges are smooth and quite sharp. All-in-all, a very nice example of a great old axe! See pics.
Measures 9-3/4" wide, blade edge to blade edge x 2-15/16" tall, at center. Each blade edge is 4-3/4" long. Weighs 3 lbs. 10.0 oz..
