How to use: 

• Apply 20–30 minutes prior to sun exposure
• Reapply every two hours and after swimming or sweating
• Cover ears, scalp, top of hands/feet
• Limit time in the sun between 10am and 3pm
• UVA rays are present even through clouds and windows
• Use hats or UPF clothing, especially for children
• Keep babies out of direct sun
• Stay hydrated to avoid skin dehydration
• Store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight during picnics or beach trips
