Lungi SkirtThe Pleated Lungi Skirt is made in a silk and cotton Mashru textile to pay homage to the classic lungi ( a traditional South Indian menswear garment). The skirt incorporates the pleats that sit at the front of a lungi and a saree but drops them lower to create flare. The garment transforms while the wearer walks, the fan folded pleats concealed in stillness, emerge from the front panels with each stride.
