The world is full of hidden masterpieces created by anonymous artisans from different countries and eras. The K&K replica series is a collection of these unnamed masterpieces that have been redesigned to suit modern lifestyles.

The England Garden Table is a folding table designed with the image of a British garden table in mind. While K&K primarily uses oak wood, the England Garden Table uses natural cypress wood. This was because a lighter wood species was more suitable for easily taking it out into the garden on a sunny day. It is also light enough to be easily folded and stored when not in use. Considering the expansion and contraction of the wood due to outdoor use, the construction method has been carefully designed to prevent stress on the tabletop. Attention has also been paid to details such as creating a space for hands to escape when folding it to prevent pinching. It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as a side table for guests, a meeting table, or as fixtures for events and shops.

You can choose from three finishes: unpainted, oil finish, and persimmon tannin + oil finish. Persimmon tannin is a natural paint that has been used in Japan since ancient times. Unpainted furniture can be used as is, but you can also apply persimmon tannin or oil finish yourself. We hope that this will be the start of a cycle where you maintain the furniture and eventually pass it on to the next generation.
