Our Sour Plum Honey Cake draws inspiration from the iconic Chinese refreshing drink called Suan mei tang . Six layers of honey rose cake, 酸梅汤 jelly, honey osmanthus-glazed strawberries, rose honey cream, and 酸梅汤 Jelly — all refined sugar-free and sweetened with pure honey. A lighter, more mindful celebration cake.
