Big PUNCH & High OUTPUT is the name of their game. The Duncan Quarter Pounder PJ Bass Pickups deliver a big bottom, clear highs and a tone that can hit hard. Lots of well known artists can be heard with these big hitters in their basses. Smashing Pumpkins, Rise Against, Bad Religion, Blink 182 and Alien Ant Farm are just a few of the bands whose bass players enjoy the high octane landscape of the these PJ pickups.

Using larger-than-normal pole pieces and a unique coil wind give this special pickup set their intense sound and expand the frequency range. The Precision Bass® pickup is wound to deliver a lot of mids and maximum output without a loss of tonal range.

The Quarter Pounder for PJ finds it’s home in heavier genres…punk, hard rock, and metal players notably appreciate the forward feel of this set.
