Descriptions

Crafted from horse mackerel and young mackerel sustainably caught around pristine Jeju Island, this exceptional fish sauce undergoes an initial natural fermentation for 15 months, using 3-year-aged Shinan sun-dried sea salt.

After this initial stage, only the clearest liquid is carefully filtered and undergoes a second fermentation with pesticide-free Jeju daikon, Wando kelp, and Jeju mandarin extract. Only fresh fish caught between mid-May and early November are used, ensuring premium purity without anchovies or any additives.

This meticulous, lengthy fermentation process, spanning over three years, yields a rich, reddish sauce known for its deep umami and absence of pungency. Its versatility as a soy sauce or salt alternative has earned it the nickname "Magic Soy Sauce."

Ingredients: Horse mackerel (Japanese jack mackerel), young mackerel (Godori), 3-year-aged Shinan sun-dried sea salt, pesticide-free Jeju daikon, Wando kelp, Jeju mandarin extract.

청정 제주 해역에서 잡은 전갱이와 고도리를 신안 3년 숙성 천일염과 함께 15개월간 자연 발효하여 만듭니다.

1차 발효 후, 고운 천으로 걸러낸 맑은 층에 무농약 제주 무, 완도 다시마, 제주 밀감 추출물을 더해 2차 숙성합니다. 5월 중순부터 11월 초에 잡히는 신선한 제철 생선만을 사용하며, 멸치나 어떠한 첨가물도 없이 순수한 품질을 보장합니다.

3년 이상 이어지는 이 섬세하고 긴 발효 과정은 깊은 감칠맛과 비린내 없는 풍부한 붉은빛 소스를 만들어냅니다. 간장이나 소금을 대체할 수 있는 다재 다능함 덕분에 "마법의 간장"이라 불리기도 합니다.
