Identify Scope and layers, including rivers, peaks, coastal landmarks, and local notations. Digital delivery of Drafts. Changes to Draft 1 communicated to Great River Arts in an illustrative manner.

Step 2: $450- Design detail, 2 Drafts.

Specification of Illustrations, Photos, borders, cartouche. Illustrations and photos require high resolution images. Digital delivery of Drafts. Changes to Draft 1 communicated to Great River Arts in an illustrative manner. Digital delivery of drafts.

Step 3: $750 hand painted original, any size. This is where the magic happens!

Watercolor painting of map reflecting Lisa Middleton’s unique method of tea and watercolor. Production photos will be provided. The hand-painted original may have limitations for revisions, therefore some revisions are not possible in this step. Please note the unique one-of-a-kind nature of each map. If you have any preference in color please let me know before we start this stage.
