Foot Karma Half Moon insoles are made of luxurious Nappa Leather. This slim fit metatarsal cushion fits in high heel shoes to provide padding and reduce friction under the metatarsals; Self adhesive bottom holds them in place to accommodate backless or sling back shoes.

These luxurious leather insoles adhere to the back of an open-back high heel shoe to provide padding under the forefoot (ball of the foot). Half Moon Insoles can be worn in any heel, open or closed back as well as loafers.

Use our “try me” dot to determine if the fit is right and then remove the adhesive backing for a semi-permanent solution to ball of foot pain.  These insoles are not meant to be moved from shoe to shoe but can be removed carefully without damaging your shoe.  Simply start at the toe-end of the shoe and slowly peel the insole back.

2. Apply insole, starting at the heel and press forward
3. Insert your foot and feel relief
4. Use care when removing. Start at front of foot, and gently pull back
