The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact solid carbide cutter designed for full-radius grooving as well as general turning tasks. Sized for tight spaces, it features a 6.1 mm minimum diameter x 0.6 mm groove width and a 10 mm reach, enabling precise grooves in challenging bores and pockets. Part of the MKR family, it’s built to deliver repeatable results in a variety of machining setups.

Two coating grades are available to suit different materials and speeds. BXC Grade uses a PVD TiN coating for low cutting speeds and works well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK Grade is a sub-micron, PVD triple-coated option that delivers extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting, making it suitable for demanding materials and general-purpose use (ISO K10-K20).
