Directions: Use 1 tablespoon of herbs to 1 cup (8oz) spring water.
Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Stir.
Use wire strainer or tea infuser to strain into ceramic tea cup / mug.
Add one tablespoon of Wildflower Organic honey if needed.
Sip and fulljoy.

This tea should be taken at least twice per day, morning and evening.
6 oz should make 30-40 cups of tea
