A rare Bill Archuletta fly reel, set up for LHW. 5" diameter with a 1 1/4" spool width. Black anodized throughout with the sole exception being a bright spindle cap holding the spool on. Heavily ported throughout, including the spool drum, with the sole exception being the rear faceplate. Good used condition with some modest wear marks on the frame and a little residue on the inside of the spool from old backing. Mechanically perfect and ready to go, with a nice click on the inbound while silent on the outbound. Dual handles on the spool. "Archuletta" is done in a flowing white script on the backplate as well as the number "05". I believe Bill does almost all of his reels on a custom basis so this was likely a custom order from one of his customers. No bag.
