For the extra-tough cleaning jobs, wet-sandblasting is the dust-free solution. Sandblasters attach to a hot or cold water pressure washer and, using a venturi, mixes sand or other abrasive media with the high-pressure spray. This creates enough cleaning power to strip paint off concrete and barnacles from a ship’s hull. The sandblasting nozzle head is made of tungsten carbide for long life.

Be sure to use the correct size pressure washer with the the Industrial Sandblast System. The 8.904-472.0 Industrial Sandblaster should be used with a pressure washer rated at 4-6 GPM @ 2000-3500 PSI. If the pressure washer being used requires a nozzle other than a #6, replace it with a 0° 1/4″ nozzle of the proper size.
