Burgundy Marcs, or "Marc de Bourgogne," is a traditional French eau-de-vie made from the pomace of grapes—skins, seeds, and stems—left over after pressing for wine production in Burgundy. Known for its robust and rustic character, this spirit captures the essence of the Burgundy terroir and is similar in style to Italy's Grappa.
