Concept borrowed from the skeletal frame structure of a Hopper car.  Hopper cars were used to carry bulk commodities like coal, grain, ore etc.  This base then moves along with two steel pipe stretchers with an all thread bolt and nut on the lower and a vintage camshaft sprocket on the upper and the top is supported on 4 adjustable all thread studs. Outside the spec sizes, this base can be scalable for custom applications.  Pictured in antique white with chrome and raw steel fasteners.  Hand built with USA made steel.
