Cheongyang Chili Powder is made from premium red Cheongyang peppers — selected from across Korea for their thick flesh, deep color, and exceptional flavor. Each batch is naturally sun-dried for 10 to 14 days before being finely ground into a powder that delivers a clean, smooth heat without the harshness of lesser-quality chili.

The result is a bright, vivid powder with a spice level of 500 to 1,000 ppm — sharp enough to wake up a dish, refined enough to let the other flavors through. No preservatives, no artificial coloring, no artificial flavoring. Just chili, dried and ground the right way.

Use it across marinades, soups, stews, and seasoning of all kinds — the most versatile chili powder in a Korean kitchen, and the one you'll reach for most.

전국에서 엄선한 청양 홍초 중에서도 껍질이 두껍고 색이 진하며 맛이 뛰어난 최상급 원료만을 사용해요. 10일에서 14일간 자연 건조한 후 곱게 갈아내, 깔끔하고 부드러운 매운맛이 살아있는 고춧가루가 완성됩니다.

매운맛은 500~1,000 ppm으로 칼칼하게 치고 올라오지만 거칠지 않아요. 아주 고운 입자로 국물에 잘 스며들고 색도 곱게 배어요.  방부제, 인공 색소, 인공 향 모두 무첨가. 각종 양념, 국, 탕 등 한식 전반에 두루 쓰이는 조미용 고춧가루로, 한 번 쓰면 다른 걸 찾기 어려워지는 맛이에요.

직사광선을 피해 서늘하고 건조한 곳에 보관하며, 개봉 후에는 냉장 또는 냉동 보관을 권장합니다.
