The ancient knowledge of traditional cultivation and selection of the best olives (Koroneiki) in the harvest as well as the strict observation of international factors (H.A.C.C.P.) stand for this product. These factors, combined with the fertile soil and the ideal climate in the Kolymvari region in Crete, the excellent quality of this olive oil. The product carries the certificate of the European Union: protected name of origin g.U.

Directions

Use for dressing salads, roasting vegetables, grilling fish, or dipping fresh bread. For frying, heat oil in a pan over medium heat until it reaches the desired temperature. Do not leave the oil unattended while heating. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. This product is free from common allergens.
