TOP OF THE KONFORT RANGE

The KONFORT 780R is a top-of-the-range model unrivaled by any other air conditioning service station.

Though it is no larger than the other stations in the series, the 780R incorporates two separate tanks and two separate circuits for recovery, recycling, and servicing. It can, therefore, simultaneously function with refrigerants (the old R134a and the new R1234yf).

The 780R will provide a solution for workshops’ that are required to deal with new vehicles fitted with the new R1234yf refrigerant but also maintain cars that will continue using the traditional R134a refrigerant.

Operating Software

The entire recharge procedure is completely automatic thanks to hermetically sealed oil tanks, a scale locking and release system, and automatic refrigerant weighing.

The 780R diagnosis and recharge station even implements a special procedure to clean all its internal circuits during refrigerant recharging. The machine automatically carries out the flushing procedure to clean out the system when changing from one refrigerant to another. This procedure takes approx. one minute.

Safety and Precision for the operator

TEXA operating software conforms to the strictest requirements of accuracy and precision.

Any possible faults or messages are displayed via detailed error messages. TEXA software manages the recovery and recharge processes to guarantee previously unknown precession.

In particular, the automatic procedures assist the operator with repairs on highly sophisticated systems, such as those fitted on the new hybrid vehicles. All models have a removable SD card which allows communication with a Windows PC to update vehicle make and model database, check and certify all services, and make potential software updates.
