The Osprey-Clip from Yellowbird holds the line securely in place, whether monofilament or braid, even in strong waves. However, the planer is released on the bite so it doesn’t create any more pressure during the fight. The Rhino Clip with pin attached to the rear attaches the planer to the line securely following release to prevent it from being lost.Extensive testing was performed to achieve an optimal shearing effect and ultra-smooth action with no big jerks. Sold as a pair with one planer for the port side and another for the starboard side in one box. Designed for easy rigging. Pair right & left.
