The Uflex TM87 19' Rack & Pinion Steering System (TM87OX19) is a high-efficiency mechanical steering package engineered to provide responsive, direct helm control for boats equipped with conventional mechanical steering systems. Using proven rack-and-pinion technology, this system delivers precise steering feel with minimal slack and predictable handling — ideal for powerboats with outboards, sterndrives, or inboard engines where reliable steering response matters. 

Built with corrosion-resistant materials and stainless-steel cable ends, the TM87 system is designed to withstand demanding marine environments while providing smooth, dependable operation. The 19-foot high-efficiency steering cable lets you route the system in a variety of layouts, and the universal mounting components help simplify installation or retrofit into many helm configurations.
