The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision broach bit designed to create clean internal keyways inside blind or through holes on CNC machines. It works with standard Tiny holders (SIM…H#) and can be mounted either in the machine’s turret or in the spindle, giving you flexible integration with existing setups. This variant features a 2.2 mm minimum diameter and BMK-grade carbide for reliable performance.

As part of the HK broaching system, it’s engineered to machine internal keyways with a smooth cutting action and excellent heat resistance. The tool uses a sub-micron grade carbide with an advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10–K20) to deliver maximum performance across a wide range of materials.
