The first series was launched with in 5 different colour finishes and only 50 Pieces are created in each variant. In Japanese the colour names are Hakumei, Wakayanagi, Kohaku, Hakudo, and Seiheki. The second edition added 5 more colour finishes as follows, Sango, Tomoshibi, Hoshikage, Matsuba, and Bengara. The shape of the pen is cylindrical and flat at the top and the bottom.
