The expected release date is 01.13.26, and it usually takes 3-5 business days, or in some instances, up to a week, for us to receive the shipment AFTER IT RELEASES IN KOREA. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video of your order, starting with the sealed plastic sleeve and continuing through the whole unboxing process.

  This is required by the manufacturer in order for us to submit and process any claims for damaged or missing items on your behalf. The manufacturer will not review or approve claims without an unboxing video, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

  Important notes:

  • Damage or missing item inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date.

  • The unboxing video must be included with your claim.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the original sealed plastic sleeve.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected, as we are unable to file the claim with the manufacturer.

  We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps protect both our customers and our store when working with manufacturers.

• The release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box, case, sleeve, or cover is designed to protect the product inside. Damage (crushing/tearing/puncturing), spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions on any products and printed material (including photocards) cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Due to the thin paper material of some products, corners may naturally curl, bend, fold, or slightly tear during packaging/delivery; therefore, it cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

*** The outer box/case/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Minor scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutouts, etc., on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
