A Bogdan model 0 salmon reel, set up for LHW. 3 1/4" diameter with a 1 3/8" spool width. Capacity for holding a #9 line with 150 yards of backing. This was the singlehanded workhorse model in the Bogdan catalog. Fair used condition with general cosmetic wear, including some rim rash and dings on the frame edges and some line grooves at the corner of one crossbar (though it shouldn't affect the function at all). There is also the faint outline of a line sticker on one sideplate. Though well used, this reel is mechanically perfect and ready for many more battles! Light champagne anodized frame and spool, with a clear anodized foot, serpentine handle, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and Bogdan nameplate. Black sideplates. "No 0" is stamped into the side of the foot. Double action 2:1 retrieve and the famous Bogdan double brake design. The reel packs into a non-original felt drawstring bag.
