Moving from the top down, you will see the water pipe features an eye ball with two eyes and then a large open mouth with teeth and a giant tongue. Within the mouth is the 14mm joint, where you insert the provided diffused downstem and herb bowl. Smoke enters via the bowl and immediately filtered via the downstem.
