This Royal Oscietra Caviar (acipenser gueldenstadtii) is simply one of the finest caviars available. It is produced from the sturgeons grown in Germany using a so-called "Live milking" technique - a respectful method of harvesting caviar without harming the fish. This type of caviar has an exquisite taste and smooth texture. The grains are large: 3-3.5mm. Colours may range from dark grey to dark olive green.
Attilus Royal Oscietra caviar is Malossol which literally means 'lightly salted', salt content being less than 4%. No preserving agents are used. Average shelf life 4-6 weeks.
