A Charlton 8450C fly reel with both a 3/4 spool and a 5/6 spool. Excellent used condition. The reel is set up for LHW but can be easily converted to RHW. There are a couple of cosmetic scrapes on the edge of the frame and one on the edge of the 3/4 spool but the reel is clean otherwise. Black type-III anodizing for durability and this reel boasts Charlton's clever configurable system accommodates three different quick change spools: 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 weight so that you can cover a range of six line weights with a single reel. Carbon fiber disk drag system that is very powerful. All mechanical components are enclosed to protect against contamination from the elements. Push button spool removal and a snap reverse system makes changing retrieve directions simple and easy. The reel comes with its original blue cordura reel pouch and the spare spool comes in a non-original faux leather zip pouch.
