⚠️ Installation Checklist

To ensure your lifetime warranty remains valid, keep these requirements in mind:

1. Hull Temperature: The hull surface should be between 18°C (65°F) and 38°C (100°F) during application.

2. No Bottom Paint: The adhesive will not bond to anti-fouling (copper-based) paint. You must remove any paint to expose the raw gelcoat before applying.

3. Waterline Placement: For best results, start the guard 4 to 6 inches above the boat's resting waterline.

4. Trailer Clearance: Ensure the KeelGuard does not sit directly on a trailer roller or support beam, as the constant localized pressure can eventually shear the adhesive.
