In this 3 hour class we will make a traditional sweet dough that will be turned into cardamom knots, cinnamon buns and creamy almond semlor for you to take away at the end of the session and treat your friends and family to. You'll get to understand the dough techniques that underpin the recipes, shaping methods and use of added ingredients to make your buns burst with flavour.
I'll get the coffee on for 10am, just bring an apron and a bag for the spoils and I'll provide the rest.
Classes will take place in my bakery in Clarence House, in central Penzance, and run from 10am until 1pm with a maximum class size of 8.
