THE REFINERY's Advanced Ceramic BASE COAT forms the hard, durable base layer in our proprietary ceramic coating system. BASE COAT is most commonly applied as a single coat, but can also be layered for more robust coverage and protection.

The BASE COAT layer offers:

• Strong chemical resistance to acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, brake dust and more
• Long-lasting durability
• Anti-scratch properties exceeding 9H hardness (in standardized scratch resistance testing)
• UV protection
  
• Thermal stability
• Completely non-toxic cured surface

THE REFINERY's Advanced Ceramic BASE COAT is available in 2 sizes:

• 30mL provides single-layer coverage for 2-3 cars
• 60mL provides single-layer coverage for 4-6 cars

Once cured, follow BASE COAT with an application of THE REFINERY's Advanced Ceramic GLOSS COAT to amplify the glossy appearance, slick feel and hydrophobic properties.
