The 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive is a two-part epoxy used to bond steel, aluminium, SMC, and FRP (traditional fibreglass). The primary use is to replace quarter panels, roofs, box sides, van sides, utility vehicle sides and door skins.

Once the paint dries, Masking Liquid and overspray may be washed off with a garden hose or pressure washer. Masking Liquid remains water soluble and can be washed off even if it has been left on for weeks. Furthermore, if left on the vehicle until detailing, 3M Overspray Masking Liquid may be used in place of detergent during the final wash.
