This hand made and decorated Italian serving dish or platter originates from Bargello Pottery, Florence.  The floral detailing is wonderful (white with pretty pastel flowers, vines and grapes) and the signature scalloped edge to the platter is typical of this region.  This serves as fabulous decorative statement on your wall or be used as a large sharing platter this summer.  A rare one-off piece.

Dimensions: diameter 35.5cm. One chip to underside. Crazing to glaze consistent with age. Maker's mark on reverse (hand painted). Wired for hanging on wall.  See images which form part of description.
