A founder in these rebellious design ideologies, beginning with her work at Sex Shop/Sedationaires alongside her work under her eponymous label, Vivienne Westwood paved the way for many other designers of our time to be accepted with the openness. 

-from one of Westwood’s most iconic collections of all time, 1991 ‘Swarm of Cupids’ in which pieces were adorned  with cherubs and angels, soaring among the clouds.
