Sika FastFix®-110 is a high-performance polymeric sand specifically designed for filling joints between interlocking pavers, natural stones, bricks, and slabs in outdoor environments. Its optimized sand granulometry allows for efficient joint filling, and it is particularly suited for pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas such as driveways, patios, and walkways.

This is a standalone product, not a part of a multi-layer system. It does not require primers or base coats. The only required tools include a construction broom, a vibrating plate compactor, a garden hose, and a leaf blower for cleanup and proper activation.

Sika FastFix®-110 is intended for use in residential, commercial, and landscape hardscape installations involving interlocking units. It is suitable for joint widths ranging from 0.2 cm (1/16") up to 1.3 cm (1/2") and depths of 3 mm to 100 mm (1/8" to 4").

• Surface Preparation: Must be dry before application.
• Installation Temperature: Ambient and substrate temperatures should be between 5 °C and 35 °C (40 °F to 95 °F).

1. Pour sand over the dry surface.
2. Use a stiff-bristled broom to spread and fill joints.

6. Blow off residual water.
7. Allow to dry for 24 hours (foot traffic), and 72 hours (vehicular traffic).
